Saint Property Search was set up in 2001 to represent individual buyers in their Scottish property purchase. Buyers have traditionally been left to fend for themselves in a market where the seller is the party receiving the professional representation from their estate agent or solicitor. The principle aim is to represent the buyer and to source and acquire the correct property for each client.

Saint Property has extensive knowledge in the Scottish Property market and will act for purchasers looking for Edinburgh city property and for those seeking property in rural Scotland. We search for and buy a variety of property from Edinburgh townhouses or apartments to country houses, farmland, forestry, sporting estates, castles and holiday homes.
