OUR FEES - SAINT PROPERTY SEARCH

Our fees are structured as follows:

• Finding and purchasing service

Registration Fee: Payable before the search begins. This is deductible from the final fee.
Final Fee: Payable on the completion of a successful purchase and this is based on a % of the purchase figure, under deduction of the registration fee.

• Pre-Property Purchase Consultancy service

Fee arranged with client beforehand

All fees are subject to VAT at the rate currently in force.
