Property investment was, until 2007/8 very much the vogue investment vehicle. This was principally base on buy-to-let residential property. Saint Property has been very cautious about the buy-to-let market for a number of years prior to 2007. We felt that the yields didn't reflect the level of risk being taken.

Property investment requires purchasers to consider a number of different factors: yield; capital value; cash flow and term of investment to name but a few. There continues to be many opportunities in the property sector, however good, clear impartial advice is needed. Saint Property provides just that. Saint Property continues to act for property investors, however the majority of our activity in is not in buy-to-let but investment in land, forestry and property where value can be added over a given time frame.
